Or The Theory of Everything

The original title of this essay was ‘From an Atheist Point of View’ which was chosen because it illustrates the essay’s key characteristic of not making a single assumption. But I actually prefer the title ‘The Theory of Everything’ because it defines the essay more in terms of what it positively achieves rather than what it does not do. This essay unites the two worlds of beauty and love intellectually and emotionally as a universal truth. The brilliance of this essay is that it doesn’t make any broad assumptions ie you don’t need to believe in God, Jesus or Muhammad or any other religious founder or reference a Holy Book. My education is science and engineering and therefore I am trying to develop these ideas in a scientific manner. As you can guess, if this theory is true then its implications are huge? The Main Body:-

In this essay I’m attempting to describe a new development in engineering – these new ideas are deceptively simple and in my opinion they work. Life is unfathomable, but I will argue here that it can be understood in terms of a dynamic relationship between true beauty and true love united by give and take action centred on 100% freedom. Because this concept is described in the form as a piece of science it can be studied by almost any scientist, engineer, politician, atheist etc. and any rational, open, positive person from any faith background and it could even be taught in schools. The implications of this essay, if it is correct, are huge. National and cultural differences can be explained and all of the world’s governments foreign and domestic policies could be influenced. So what is science or engineering? Science is when you don’t make assumptions, you only develop theories logically and then you devise experiments that can independently prove or disprove the theory. I’m sorry because I have not discovered an experiment to prove or disprove these theories, this is difficult because they have no physical existence. But I do make two predictions of how this theory can develop and give rise to the phenomena that we see today in Russia and China, please read about this below.

I completely avoid any discussion of God, faith, a holy man, a holy book or any religion etc. so an atheist or scientist can read and identify with these ideas. The only assumptions I maybe make is that there exists the abstract concepts of beauty and love. But, although you might find these abstract and academic if you think about it these concepts are fundamental to all of our daily lives. For example if you look at any woman’s fashion magazine it is full of images of beauty and the goal of every woman of beauty is to earn the love of a man – of course I’m speaking very generally.

So, unfortunately our lives are dictated to by true beauty and true love which is difficult to respond to and even more difficult to ignore. You could say that a world in which women and men exhibit perfect beauty and perfect love united by give and take action centred on 100% freedom is the ideal we should all aim for? Such a life would be truly happy with billions of citizens enjoying an almost infinite variety of loving relationships. This is the ideal society worth fighting for. I am sure that students of social studies and mental health are fully aware of the ideas that are expressed in this essay, but they probably require a whole text book to explain them. By using the simple concepts of true beauty and true love we can explain the issues more simply, succinctly and accurately.

The Science

The ideas that I explain below are ethereal, they are invisible. However, the law of gravity is also invisible but at least it can be measured, these new ideas cannot be measured because they have no effect on our physical world. But we should take note that the ideas of beauty and love have enormous power over our lives. I had a girlfriend once and she felt rejected by me and then put her head on the railway line. This is just an illustrative example of how powerful ethereal love can be, actually it can be as deadly as a gun.

So, I will begin to explain the science now:-

It is very interesting to note that throughout nature you find a duality of femininity and masculinity i.e. female and male humans, female and male animals, female and male flowering plants, negative and positive ions and electrons and protons etc.

So, what if we argue that beauty pertains to femininity and love pertains to masculinity? If we accept this we can conclude that there are two ways to live a good life: a life centred on beauty or a life centred on love.  These concepts of true beauty and true love are at the centre point of my theory, because this is fundamental to living a truly happy life.

I argue that true beauty in a human occurs when an individual’s mind is dominant over it’s body 100% of the time. When this happens the dormant true, original, good human nature reveals itself. True love can be defined as occurring when an individual sacrifices itself 100% of the time for a purpose greater than itself such as friends and family or even world peace. As you can see there is a tension of opposing forces acting in opposite directions whenever we try to be a person of beauty and person of love at the same time, which is why it is so hard to grow to perfection.

Furthermore, we know that individuals have desires, so there are two types of positive thinking people with two types of desire: people of beauty and people of love. The first is based on purpose for individual and the second on purpose for whole. Individuals of beauty are deeply-rooted and individuals of love are high-minded. When a positive thinking individual lives a sacrificial life of beauty or love they can get positive feedback from their daily life experience that they have discovered a way of life with an absolute, unique value.

So then they will rationally seek to develop their character according to their chosen ability. But unfortunately they can be ignorant and stubborn i.e. an individual  of beauty usually seeks to become more deeply-rooted and an individual of love usually seeks to be more high-minded, it is their preferred tradition. This is because these two aspects: beauty and love do not mix in a similar way that water and air do not mix. They cannot relate to each other and it is very difficult for them to even understand and respect each other. This is because they are as different as femininity and masculinity. It requires a huge leap of imagination for them to understand each other and this is difficult to achieve.

Both these ideas are valid and many individuals have discovered one of them – but to grow to perfection a woman or man has to become expert at both. Perfection occurs when an individual perfects both it’s beauty and love and then these two aspects unite through give and take action centring on 100% freedom.

This theory has many applications including explaining differences between faiths that specialise in beauty like Christianity and those that specialise in love like Islam. But please note again that I am not mentioning any religious texts so this theory can be studied by any religious group. Actually, I believe that the professional classes in any society could understand and acknowledge the concepts being described in this essay because they are expressed in an assumption free, logical manner similar to their university education. I can see the possibility of this idea being welcomed around the world and indeed many times when overseas Facebook Friends have read my website they have accepted it immediately and directly. So, this theory has a massive role in any government’s foreign policy. But, it also has a role in explaining race relations within any pluralistic society such as the UK, because it can explain the cultural differences between the beautiful white Western citizens and the loving coloured Eastern citizens, etc.

The Engineering

This theory makes 2 predictions based on the idea that it is a simple mistake to over-specialise in just beauty or just love. So it is predicted that there will be extremism centred on beauty and extremism centred on love.

Prediction number 1:-

As a topical example of extreme beauty lets look at President Putin:-

I argue that he is a beauty specialist. You can clearly see that he has truly, incredible mind and body unity, he is very deeply-rooted and he is very caring of his countrymen. These are qualities of beauty. But being caring and beautiful is of course a GOOD thing so what’s wrong with this?

When an individual discovers a life of beauty (or alternatively love) then that individual can get feedback from this way of life that it has discovered something good and relevant to living an honest and true life. This is OK – it is good. But, sometimes it can then take the next crucial step to come to the conclusion that to create a better or even ideal world everyone without exception should be forced to have the same belief. This is how many totalitarianist beliefs begin.

This is wrong on two points:-

1. An individual is born with free will and needs 100% freedom to grow and live a fulfilling life. A Canadian general once said ‘freedom has a price – blood.’

2. There are two ways to live a good life not one.

I argue that both President Putin and the Russian people are beauty specialists who hold the view that everybody in the world should also be a beauty specialist.

So, I argue President Putin lives exclusively in a world of beauty ie he sees the world through lenses that only see anything relevant to the world of beauty. He has no understanding of love and that he probably believes that to love others is a simple mistake born out of ignorance.

As I have already explained a common characteristic of people is that they are stubborn. So when there is a fork in the road a deeply-rooted individual will seek to go deeper and a high-minded type will seek to go higher because this is the only technique they know, this is a mistake and a lost opportunity. That is, if we are a beauty specialist we do need to learn how to grow into a person of love, this involves courage and a leap of imagination into the unknown. And visa-versa for an individual who specialises in love, they must take the courageous step to become beautiful. It’s harder than it sounds.

So Putin is totally ignorant of love – but he justifies himself because he argues that he is beautiful and the Russian population agree with him.

Does that simple theory explain what is going on?

Prediction number 2:-

Looking at China – this country is the opposite polarity i.e. they specialise in kindness and a world centred on love or the purpose for whole and a collectively unselfish attitude. But, they do not recognise or understand a character centred on the purpose for individual or beauty. They do not respect individual deviance from the national collective good. Freedom of belief is not respected and such individuals are persecuted. Which is what we exactly see in Russia.

Because China is government which specialises in single issue politics just like Russia it is only logical that these two political powers will unite and support each other, because they both believe in totalitarianism even though they are polar opposites. They are both mistaken because the correct way to live life is through having an ability of both beauty and love in balance, united together by dynamic give and take action whilst always respecting 100% free will.

It is worth reminding ourselves that if an individual specialises in just mind and body unity, or sexual purity, then this is unbalanced – sadly I often meet Christians like this. Also, I learnt a valuable lesson in my own personal life because I went through a fanatical belief that it was good to give and to continue to give always.

I tried so hard to make this idea work that I damaged my mind. I stopped caring for myself, friends and relatives became concerned and this then led to an admission to a mental hospital. You see I was wrong because the correct way to live a good life is not about single issue politics but instead it is a RELATIONSHIP of both beauty and love united together by give and take action centring on 100% freedom.

The Recent Conflict in Israel/Gaza

Why have the USA, Britain and the EU shown more political support for Israel than Palestine – can the Principle explain this? Putting all of the religious, historical and racist issues to one side I argue that Israel is a deeply-rooted way of  beauty type country and so are the Western nations supporting it. Because the Western nations can identify more so with beauty than love they have more in common with Israel. There is more of a common base for unity and understanding – the Israeli cause is more understandable and persuasive than the way of love centred Muslim cause.

The Conclusion

As you can see this theory is very powerful and universal, but please do not be deceived by it’s simplicity, the best ideas are simple. A world where true beauty and true love are united by a dynamic relationship of give and take action centred on 100% freedom is an ideal that most individuals would happily embrace. As I have already explained we are seeing politics in the world based on extreme beauty and extreme love. But a third prediction would be a political leader who did display both aspects but actually be an imitator of goodness and not genuine. I call this phenomena Formism.

What can be done?

As a dutiful citizen my goal is to report this idea to the UK government and to support its wider publication through the media – the sooner the better. Truly, the truth will set us free. Here in the UK we have democracy, a free press and a law abiding society, so this is our time. The mere act of senior UK politicians and respected media companies publishing these ideas can potentially resolve the conflicts that being fought over throughout the world.  This is what is called Soft Power. If there is the slightest possibility that this theory can work it certainly deserves a close examination?

I know that I am biased but in my everyday life the idea works perfectly, I am regularly amazed and inspired.

THE PRINCIPLES CODIFIED:-

1. Beauty is defined as the mind dominating the body 100% of the time. It is centred on individual purpose.

2. Love is defined as an individual sacrificing their life 100% of the time for a purpose bigger than themselves. It is centred on purpose for whole.

3. The ideal life occurs when an individual’s beauty and love unite through a dynamic relationship of give and take action centring on 100% freedom.

4. Over specialisation is a mistake i.e. if an individual specialises in only beauty this is wrong on 2 counts: an individual needs 100% freedom to develop and grow their character and secondly there are to two ways to live life not one. This is equally true for those who specialise in love.

5. Sex can happen when both parties fulfil the conditions of 1 and 2 above, when this happens sex will be truly ecstatic and fulfilling. If sex happens when the body is dominating the mind this is a mistake because the interaction is selfish.
